Software Engineering
As an engineer, I am always looking at how things function and interact with one another. As a computer scientist, I love to build pieces of code that perform meaningful tasks. Software engineering is the field where I can put these two interests together in an exciting career I will love.
Cloud Computing
Everything these days seems to be moving to the cloud. Whether it be numerical data or pictures on our phone, cloud services and cloud computing has become very important in maintaining all the data. Learning more about this technology will help me not only be a more rounded programmer but will open up more job opportunities.
Entreprenuership
At some point in my career, I strive to be self-employed/a business owner. By taking courses in engineering entrepreneurship at TAMU, I am learning how to lead a team, manage groups of people while also delivering a product. I am gaining insight on how to merge computer science with entrepreneurship.
